Im trying to update my existing Filter but always I try to do it for a specific filter the page doesn't load properly and therefore I can't edit it.
If I try to edit any other filter, the page loads fine but this one.
@[deleted]Are you the owner of the filter ?
Best!
Yes!

@[deleted]I will recommend creating the same kind of filter and then delete this problematic one, since you said it is the only one giving problem.

I have tried doing that already but always I create a new filter based on the same parameters I have the same issue :/

@[deleted]Which parameters ? it could be issue with web browser, check on other browsers, if not eventually re-indexing could be helpful.

I have tried opening on Chrome and Safari and both have the same issue with the same filter.
The parameter is quite simple:
project = "Customer Facing Sq"
The result of this query is 54 items.

I just tried to create another filter with the same paramenter and I have the same outcome. The filter is created fine, but once created, if I go anywhere else on the website and later try to load/edit this filter parameter, the filter page doesn't load.

@[deleted]Check also that you have Browse project permission in this project the under permission scheme and don't share filter with any one, for now . it should work , if it doesn't work try re-indexing(fore ground)

how can I re-index?

@[deleted]If you are Project admin / Jira admin you should be able to.
I suggest you re-index only this project for now in project setting you have project re-index.
Then after less usage of your application you can perform general re-index(say night)- once logged as JIRA admin
by going to system >advanced> indexing(fore ground)
Note that indexing may slow performance depending on how large is your system.

re-indexing didnt fix the problem.
But I have done a scruciating task to go story by story and see if there was specific story that was breaking the filter and guess what.. there was.
A particular story once deleted, made all filters work fine.
Something was odd with that story in particular. I dont know why but that story was definitely the cause of all of the issues.
Cheers
