I am creating a filter.
Two TMP projects with Tasks issue type only.
But I can't see one Task from one of my projects.
I can't cope with it.
The issue type is Task so why it doesn/t display on my filter?
Kindly have a look:
3 tasks from Project 1
I'll see these tasks on the filter result, it ok. Just shows you more info here:
Here is one task from Project 2:
It ok here, but I can't see it on the next screens
So here is the filter setting:
Here is my 1 task from Project 2, still working ok:
Here is the problem:
Just choosing the Task type of issue my task (from Project 2) is no longer here O_0
But why? All issue type is Task... I don't get it.
Could you let me know?
HI @Max ,
That's some pretty weird behaviour there. I guess there's either a glitch, or there's multiple Issue Types called Task or very similar.
Are you Jira Administrator? And can you check the list of Issue types in the Jira Administration?
@Rik de Valk Hi!
This is what I've done:
I've changed the issue type from Task... to Task
and it is working now)
I've tried to change it like it was before, but this issue is here... actually, this is what I wanted to do... but I don't get the reason for the previous filter behavior.
I've opened the issue types to see the issue types on the project, but there is just one type of Task.
Right now it is all working ok, but I still don't get the reason ^_^
Am I doing something wrong? or was it the bug?

I would also be interested in the actual JQL. Cany you click on the advanced tab and share the JQL?

Also, please choose a color other than red when using dark mode. It is challenging to discern on some devices/screens.
