In the "Open issues" filter there are no tickets displayed to me. In my workflow, a resolution is added to the ticket only when the ticket goes into the status "done" via post function.
I also tried the post function "clear issue field" --> Resolution, but the open issue filter still doesn't show any issues.
I tried different tickets and checked if a resolution was set - but that wasn't the case.
I have tried everything possible and haven't found a solution yet, also here in the community, I haven't found a solution for my problem with the existing posts on this topic. Does anyone know the problem?
Can you post a screen shot or copy and paste your search string? It sounds like the Open Issues search filter is using a parameter that doesn't apply to your issues.

I happened to find the problem in the meantime! :-)
I had set the field "Resolution" in the Field Configuration to "hide". Obviously it was no longer included in the jql of Jira! But I'm not 100% sure about this.
