For some reason I cannot filter tickets by Team in Jira Structure. Even the Sort and Group function doesn't do anything when I use them. Is this an existing limitation for Jira Structure? What would you suggest in order for me to get the intended output? I even tried adding tickets based on teams only. The problem with this approach is hierarchy.
Tier 1(never assigned to a specific team. This signifies phase) -> Tier 2 (assigned to specific team) -> Tier 3 (assigned to specific team)
So basically, I want to see the tickets (Tier 2 and Tier 3) under a specific phase (Tier 1) for a specific team.
Hoping to hear from Atlassian Team soon.
Regards,
TJ
Hello @Tristen John Bagain ,
David from ALM Works here. From the screenshot, I can see you are using our product, Structure - Flexible Jira Project Management.
It is not yet possible to Group, Sort, or Filter by the Team field. We do have a task related to adding this functionality and I will add your vote.
I will be sure to update you here when there is an update to share.
Best Regards,
David
This is now available for JIRA Cloud as well. The native team field is showing up for grouping and other generator use.

Hello everyone,
The Team field support was just implemented, and now it should be possible to group by it in Structure Cloud.

This needs to be implemented. Teams are becoming more of a first-class citizen in JIRA and not being able to utilize the Team field in JIRA structure for grouping etc. causes users to look for sub-optimal workarounds.
