Please help me. I want to create a filter to check the inactive tickets.
I using the last comment time, and it working well on those cases when the last comment permission is public, but dont if the last comment restricted to developers.
Do you know how can involve the restricted comments in the filter?
Now using this:
"Last comment time" < -7d

You can do this using Enhancer Plugin for Jira.
All you need to do is to add First/Last Comment Date custom field in Enhancer and you can do searches using this field.

if i understand right you, the last commant date is a fix date e.g 12/14/2020, but i want to filtering the last 7 days.
I dont know can i use this plugins in my company, i need to check, because its free only 30 days.
Can this plugin work if i using the filter in a dashboard?

You can just try the plugin for 30 days (you can extend this trial period up to 5 times) and if you like the features you can request a quote.
