Filtering tasks on ongoing sprints

Jary Nubla October 8, 2024

How can I filter for tasks in ongoing sprints from different projects? I read about current()  and tried using it

project IN (LOC, PROD) and Sprint in current()

but it's saying  'current' is a reserved JQL word. You must surround it in quotation marks to use it in a query. (line 1, character 98)

openSprints() shows all tasks that are already in sprints even if that sprint has not yet started. I only want to see the tasks in the ongoing sprints.

I tried to generate the JQL with "AI for Jira" app, you can try it:

sprint in openSprints() AND NOT sprint in futureSprints()

sprint in openSprints ()

Hi Ollie,

Thanks for your reply. But as I said above, openSprints() shows all tasks that are already in sprints even if that sprint has not yet started. I only want to see the tasks in the ongoing sprints or sprints that has already started.

Can you help me on this? Thanks in advance :)
