This isn't available in Jira. However, we solve for this at minware by combining version control, ticketing, and calendar data to create our plug and play dashboards.
You can view our value stream by commit, and then filter by epic which would solve for this.
As you can see we offer quite a few other filters that you can use to analyze your commits. One of our most popular for customers using GitHub is our Repo filter.
