Find out who transitioned an issue to Resolved

Hello

Using the https://atlassian-python-api.readthedocs.io API (ideally), I would like to be able to determine which user has performed a transition to the Fixed Resolution.

When I fetch a JIRA issue, or use get_issue_transitions, I am not able to see the user history to determine who performed a transition.

Specifically, I want to determine WHO has fixed an issue.
