Hello, everyone. How are you?
I need to find out what projects are using Checklists for Jira Cloud, or Smart Checklists, so I can estimate the usage needs for them.
Both are Jira plugins and I´m having trouble finding the correct JQL syntax (if any) to locate projects and issues using these checklists.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Ricardo Matos
@Ricardo Augusto Pereira de Matos hey!
This is Olena from Railsware.
At the moment, we do not have such a built-in option at Smart Checklist. Nevertheless, you can reach out to us directly at smartchecklist@railsware.com with your site address and we will be able to help.
Cheers,

Hi @Ricardo Augusto Pereira de Matos
My name is Adriano and I'm a Support Analyst at HeroCoders.
The Checklist for Jira Cloud is a plugin provided by Okapya and they have joined forces with HeroCoders. Please note that the Checklist for Jira Cloud plugin is going to be replaced by the Issue Checklist so we suggest starting using it, in case you want to.
Please check our documentation where we describe the features and the usage of the Issue Checklist. Here is the link for it. You can also raise a support ticket with us in case you need more help.
As you are still using the Checklist for Jira Cloud, there's a way to search for which issues have a checklist in it by using JQL. You can use the following example: checklistItems is not empty ORDER BY project - unfortunately, there isn't a way to group by projects by using JQL.
If you start using the Issue Checklist, the JQL will be something like this: "Checklist Text[Paragraph]" is not empty order by project - you must have enabled the option "Save checklist data to Jira custom fields" in the Global Settings of the app.
I hope the above helps you with what you are trying to achieve. But feel free to contact me in case you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Adriano
