Add-ons are supported by their vendors, however you got them, and whether they are Cloud or Server.
Atlassian support can help you with a lot of questions, especially on Cloud, but any use of an add-on means they have to rely on the vendor's help to support it.
Hi Nick,
https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-supported-add-ons-229836119.html
In the link above, under the Atlassian verified section, there is a statement -"Verified add-on vendors demonstrate high quality, reliability, and business traction. Atlassian measures these benchmarks against paid-via-Atlassian add-ons for server products only."
Does this mean that for a vendor's add on that is Atlassian verified and that is paid via Atlassian, support is provided for server products only.
However, I see in the add ons page in marketplace, that vendor support is provided for cloud and data center add ons too that are Atlassian verified and paid via Atlassian.
Can you pls help clarify the meaning of the statements.
