For next gen issues, is it possible to get a webhook event when parent (epic link) changes?

I see that there is a new parent field instead of epic link for next gen issues (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17239). This works well.

However, when an issue is moved to a new epic such that the parent value changes for some issue, no webhook event is created. This is imperative for our workflow.

Is this being addressed or is there a way to create this webhook now?

I would also very much like a webhook when changing an issue's epic in a next-gen project.
