Hi Team,
For the JIRA access takes too much time for the JIRA login for JIRA User.
While doing analysis we observed the following;
1. JIRA access is working properly for another user. Facing this issue with the 2-3 users
2. Tried to login from another machine facing same JIRA login issue to those 2-3 user.
As an JIRA admin we have verified the LDAP, CPU,RAM, Database log file all are ok form the JIRA server side.
Could you please let us know why this is occurring and how to fix this issue ?
Regards,
Dnyaneshwar Borase
set loggin level to TRACE for com.atlassian.jira.security and com.atlassian.jira.login.security, reproduce the issue for those affected users and check atlassian-jira-security.log. You will definitely find something.
As suggested, verified atlassian-jira-security.log file but it is showing authentication is Passed

Are you directly connected to LDAP server or there is any load balancer in front of LDAP server ?
