Format dropdown is blank for Jenkins Jira Configuration

1. I have installed the Xray plugin in Jenkins

2. I have installed the Xray app in Jira

3. I have configured the Jenkins system with Xray API keys(Server/data center) and "Test connection" is passed

4. In Jenkins, I chose "Xray: Results Import task" option in the Post-build Actions and selected the Jira instance

Observed result: When I am going to select Format field, It shows empty
Expected result: It supposed to show list of Json results to import/formats

May i know what is missed here ?
