I have a new screen type for a custom issue, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why all of the custom fields are showing up as right-justified.
Using Jira-Cloud, I know a new update was recently pushed and I'm wondering if that's it. Other projects look fine.
Looks to me like it is a part of the new update of Jira Cloud. I am not aware of how to change the view (making the custom fields not right justified) but you could try just clicking directly into the ticket to view the whole ticket.
The fields aren't right-justified, they're left-justified in a column on the right-hand side. As Brittany says, there's no way to change that, it's part of the new view.
