Forms in Jira

I recently got access to Jira and have created a project within my organization.  I am able to see all options except the forms.  I am not sure how to get the forms option as I need to create few forms within my project and assign to people to participate.  Does anyone know how do I do this?

The Forms feature is available only for Jira Cloud Business projects:

In other words, you need to create a Work Management project to count with the Forms feature:

Forms? Where are you reading that indicates “forms”? I’m just trying to translate what you are trying to achieve.
