Free Text Widget - Dashboard Bug Issue

The Free Text widget on our Jira dashboard is not functioning properly. When we insert an image—either by pasting it directly into the widget or linking to it from a Microsoft OneDrive folder—it intermittently disappears. Some users can see the image while others cannot, and at times it disappears for everyone. We initially suspected the issue might be related to differences between Mac and Windows users. Also wanted to note, we've used different browsers.

Welcome! Do you have screen shots of the widget that had issue on the Jira Dashboard? I don't see Out of the box widget called free text widget for jira Dashboards. On the list of widgets, it will mention the vendor that author the widget. Please could you share that as well.
