I want to show in a panel the tickets that arrived from project y to x already violated, in resolution time. The "change" function works with "status" and does not work with "project". Basically it would show the new tickets of the "key" X with the "resolution time" less than 0 or breached. Can you help me formulate this syntax?

To better understand the context of the question, could you elaborate more on what you mean by Change and Key. is it either an Issue Type or a Custom Field perhaps?
Also, just to confirm, since you mentioned Resolution Time, is it related to JIRA Service Desk's SLA?

Hello. Thanks for the questions. It is directly related to the SLA. I want to receive in a filter, tickets that arrive in a certain area of IT already with the ticket overflowed. The "type" does not matter at the moment. A syntax that will bring me when the key has changed. Example: When in one area (SDT-123) to another (SIS-345). Understood? I really need this help.
