Future Sprints not visible

Developer in my team can't see future sprints in his backlog, the other Developers in my team are able to see the future sprints ?

Does the developer have the manage sprints permission? If you aren't the instance admin I would reach out to the instance admin and there is a tool they can use to check if the user has the right access either via logging in as them or via permission helper: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-can-I-check-users-projects-permissions-in-new-Jira-cloud/qaq-p/988221#:~:text=Navigate%3A%20Jira%20Icon%20%3E%20Jira%20settings,%3E%20Permission%20schemes%20%3E%20Permission%20helper.&text=If%20you%20just%20want%20to%20check%20what%20users%2Fgroups%20that,then%20use%20that%20project%20settings.

The user is added as a developer and not as an admin. As a SM I am the admin. Not sure what exactly are you looking for ?
