GIT PR are not showing in Development Tab

We are unable to see PR in Development tab recently.

when analyzed, i found out that if i use underscore with the issue key, for e.g. BUG_SDM-1234, it is not showing, however it was working few days back, is there something changed?

BUG-SDM-1234 works fine, just wanted to understand what has changed in JIRA Cloud that it is now not working with underscore.
