Gadgets in System Dashboard not loading

Starting today, the gadgets for burndown chart and Current issues for users are not showing. They show a message "This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.", however, the annual payment was done last month, so, it is not a billing issue.

Ours is doing the same, burndown charts. We're using Jira Cloud.
