Gantt Cloud Errors on Start

I have installed. I select Gantt Charts under the projects menu. It says loading, then says 

"

Oops! Something went terribly wrong!

Script error.

We have already been notified about this error and will start working on a solution very soon. You may want to contact us directly and report this problem"

After 5 minutes it then says

"

No projects selected

Select at least one non-empty project to render gantt chart"

Not telling us what the errors are does not help either. What are they?

I'd check the log file for errors to see if that can tell you anything, but the main thing to do is probably contact the addon authors.
