Hi
I've created a view that lists a set of issues for a project, filtering on the project, status and assigned user equalling currentUser() and then created a subscription for this. The subscription will effectively generate emails 1 day after an issue has reached a certain point in the workflow (as a reminder). Is there any way that i can:
a) make the system only email the person who the issue is assigned to
b) subscribe all of the necessary users to the view, so we're not relying on users setting it up for themselves - this is on the assumption that we need to use a "Personal Subscription" so as to not email everyone in the group
c) be able to customise the email that is sent to users
Thanks in advance for your help.
NB: I dont have enough points yet to reply today but will endeavour to respond with any clarifications asap
