Get email when I post an issue

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I need the users in my organization to get an email when they create an issue on a particular project.

I sounds a bit redundant but we have some distribution lists as Jira accounts and we need everybody in the dist-list to be aware of what other members of the list posted.

I tried all the options under the porject's notifications config but none of them worked.

Hope you can shed some light on this.

Hey @Víctor Durán 

You could set that up using Automation for JIRA.

You can make an automation rule that whenever issue is created in a given project, people from a given group, project or system role get an email notification.
