Next Gen Kanban Board

Issues in my Done column are not displaying even though I didn't have an issue limit set. So for example, my column will show 26 items as done when in fact the count should be triple. How do I fix this?

Hello @Maria Castro - I may be able to provide a bit of clarity here.  In Team Managed projects (formally called Next-Gen), issues that are moved into the last column of a board (which is the resolved column in a workflow) disappear from the last column after 14 days of inactivity.  Once an issue is cleared, it will no longer appear on your board. To view cleared issues, click See all Done issues in the Done column, or enable the project issue navigator and select the Done filter.

Below is a link to helpful information on these types of project configurations and has a small section on clearing done issues from your board:

Hi Maria - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Sorry, saw that it was Next-gen. Cards will disappear from the board after 2 weeks. You really can't control that.

You can create a new board that uses a board filter for your Next-gen project and would give you more flexibility to leave cards on the board if you are wanting more of a View only approach.

Hello @Maria Castro

Welcome to the community.

The documentation for the Next Gen board Done column says cards are automatically removed from that column after 14 days.

I found that by going to the Settings for my Next Gen project, selecting Features and clicking the Learn More link in the Board section.

Welcome to the community!

What makes you think the count is wrong?  I'll take one guess though - A Kanban board will show you *recently* done issues - older ones will quietly drop from view as they get old enough to be considered as not useful any more (2 weeks after they move to done and no-one touches them)
