we have been following the instructions on the site, but the GUI tool no longer works with the current version of Java, so we are using command line instructions.  however, it doesn't seem to like our certificate.  (we got it from GoDaddy)....

any ideas?

This documentation also has the console commands. Maybe give it a try with it too?https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Connecting+to+SSL+services
