Getting error message "This site does not have a valid license"

Hi 

I have a 30 day free Trial account on JIRA on the cloud.But today when I try to work on JIRA I am getting the

error message .My 30 day trial period is not over

Site unavailable

This site does not have a valid license. If you are the site administrator, proceed to My Atlassian for further information.

Hi Uday,

As far as I know JIRA Cloud has only 7 days trial licenses, as per https://www.atlassian.com/ondemand/signup/.

If you want an extension of your trial license you can, however, speak directly with our Sales team and they might grant you it depending the situation.
