Getting error when releasing issues - cannot call method 'remove' of null

I'm using like this:

• Jira v5.2.6 + GH v6.2 + Kanban board

Today, my boss getting "cannot call method 'remove' of null" when he tried to release some reolved issues.

Is this a bug ??

Not really sure, but regarding to the description, it seems something cause a NULL value when GH tried to remove the ticket from the Done column. May be there are some workflows transactions are not allow for that user?

We are using default JIRA workflow (not a greenhopper workflow). Hmm... How can I check out whether there was a NULL value or not ?
