When clicking the "Release" link in a Greenhopper board for an issue in my "Done" column, the fix version is successfully assigned but the issue remains on the board and this error appears in red at the top of the page:

The issue will be hidden from the board if I refresh. I am using a board filter for one project and the sub-filter "fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY". Do you think there could be something off with my workflow rules?
Thanks, voted !
I hope it could be fixed in next version.

Hello there,
This is in fact a bug in GreenHopper, and it`s being tracked in the following link:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-8320
There is no fix for it yet, so I suggest you to vote in this bug and add yourself as a watcher for future updates.
Hope that helps! :)
Cheers,
Andre

Hi there,
Looking at the JS error:
Resource: https://aeoflex.atlassian.net/s/en_US-38181l-1988229788/6080/26/1/_/download/superbatch/js/batch.js
Normally, I see this kind of error reproduced due to some third party plugin. Hence in order to verify if the problem is related to a plugin that is installed in your JIRA instance, can you kindly try to enable the plugin safe mode, and ensure that only GreenHopper is enabled, and confirm if the problem is still reproducible?
Kindly let us know how it goes.

We are getting this problem too in a OnDemand-hosted version (hosted by Atlassian). Do not think we are running any plugins.

Hi Hubertus,
Since the problem is affecting your instance as well, and you are running on OnDemand instance, I believe that it's best for you to contact our OnDemand support team for further investigation on the problem.
You may raise a support ticket to us by going to https://support.atlassian.com
On a related note, may I know if enabling the Plugin Safe Mode helps, denton3121?
Thanks.
