Getting last two weeks stories in Done Column

Roopa_Konduri March 2, 2020

We use a Kanban board and as soon as we move the stories to done column, they vanish. I need to go to the "Done Issues" filter to display them. How can I display done issues in the Done column ?

There's a new configuration for kanban boards that are rolling out on cloud.

Board Settings -> General:

Configure it to "hide completed issues older than" 2 weeks.

Hi @Roopa_Konduri

I would check your board filter, make sure it isn't hiding "Done" issues. To edit it, you'll need to be a Board Admin...

  1. Go to Board options (3-dot icon) in top-right > Board Settings > General
  2. View the Filter Query or press "Edit Filter Query" to see it in the issue search
  3. Check there is no query hiding Done - for example, the filter hasn't got "statusCategory != Done" or "status != Done" or "resolution is empty" set on it
  4. If it does, edit the filter to show the resolved issues

If this isn't the issue, you could also check:

  • Quick Filters: Check you haven't got a quick filter to show only not-done issues that you have activated on the board now.
  • Columns: Back in Board Settings, go to the Columns section and check the correct "Done" statuses are mapped to a visible column and not in the Unmapped Statuses section on the right-hand side.

Let us know if any of these work!

No worries @Roopa_Konduri

If this helped answer your question, could you accept it so other users know this is the answer to check?
