We had an ongoing incident that occurred with customers using Brave or chrome/firefox browsers.

A suggestion workaround for *Bravo Browser* users is:

# Disable the Brave shield.

# Access Jira and accept cookies.

# Re-enable the Brave shield.

If you're experiencing this problem in a *different browser,* a helpful step:

Check if is there any ad blocker extension, like Ad Block or Ghostery

# Disable the Extension

# Clear cookies and cache

It seems like issue with atlassian end. But you can try below options:

1- use another browser and check. 

2- clear Brower cache. 

3- raise a ticket with atlassian on the below link.
