GitHub missing something

I am trying to get GitHub integrated with JIra and it looks like I have that setup correctly. 

Everything is showing up here.
/plugins/servlet/ac/com.github.integration.production/github-post-install-page

How do I integrate this with JIra projects? 

Also are there any user permissions I need to worry about?

I logged into the GItHub account and setup the Jira app configuration and added in what repos I needed to access.

So I think that Jira and GitHub are synced now. 

Interested to know how do I associate that with a Jira project? Are there project permission settings or user permissions I need to adjust?
