Rafaela Gomes Azevedo March 14, 2023

If I create a Global automation on Jira for all projects, that means every project I create or every project anyone creates?

Hi @Rafaela Gomes Azevedo , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Global automation applies for all projects that anyone creates.

You can select the scope of the automation rule during creation under rule details, see below:

General best practice is to limit the scope to the project the automation applies to in order to keep execution within limit.

Have a look at: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-cloud-automation/

Hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

Ash
