Google Smart Chip can't find link

Hello! Our admin installed Jira & Confluence Smart Chips in our Google workspace and I think it worked OK for a week, but now each time I paste a Confluence or Jira link into a Google Doc, Sheet, or Slide and hit TAB, it responds that it can't find the link.

I'm logged in to Google and Atlassian, browsing with Chrome 132. What am I doing wrong?

We were having this same issue. It started working again for me after I reauthenticated the Atlassian add-on in Gmail. While the add-on is available across multiple Google Workspace apps, it seems you can only auth via the Gmail component.
