Can any one help me in understanding the concept of grace period in tempo
In the documention I saw that
" Grace period can be granted only to a team member whose time is open or in ready to submit status and the period is open for all in period management "
So basically I understand that , if a user needs additional time to edit or log time .. approvers can grant grace time
But as per the documention the period should be open for all..then what is the need of grace period ?
If it's open for all ...then all can log time right ?
