Grant/ Create permission that enables the user to only access Jira settings/Import?

Dear Atlassian community, 

I would like to know if you have any ideas for creating a permission that enables users to access Jira settings or better the system import options without granting them full administrative access?

Hi @Malin Rathjen 

If you are talking about the CSV importer functionality then it does exist in the Jira cloud and you can make the functionality available to Jira users as well without giving them full admin access. This can be done through Make bulk changes Global permission and associating the jira-users group.
