I understand that your current Organization (ORG) admin is no longer with the company, and you need to replace them. Since you are currently the site admin, you have the following options:
Option 1: Reset Password and Add a New Administrator
- Reset Password:
- Use your internal IT team to reset the current ORG admin's email password.
- Log in using the reset credentials as the ORG admin.
2. Add a New Administrator:
- Navigate to Atlassian Admin Console.
- Go to Settings > Administrators.
- Select Add new Administrator and add your email address.
- This will grant you ORG admin rights.
