Gravatar in all OnDemand products?

THere are currently a few different places to change an avatar for people in OnDemand.

Are you going to support gravatar in all OnDemand products since it's in Jira?

It seems to be related to the following improvement request, which status is won't fix. However, please feel free to review it, as well as to add all your concerns and questions there.

My Main concern is addressed by:

AOD-5693 Consider consolidating profile/avatar configuration

Gravatar is just one way to get it.
