We are getting a problem after uploading the plugin in Jira. It is showing the message:"GreenHopper is currently unavailable. This might be because an upgrade task has failed to run or has not not yet completed."
Please contact your system administrator if you continue to see this message.

It sometimes best to raise a support ticket in support.atlassian.com regarding the error and provide the Support ZIP as well.
