Greenhopper won't allow me to drag my issues to any fix version why?

When I am on the Planning board view and I want to assign a version to an issue I drag the issue over to the fix version but nothing happens it just snaps back in place.

Anyone know whaty this would happen? Is there any conifiguration piece that I am missing?

It could be a permission issue. Check your JIRA permissions schemes and see if you have either the Close Issue or Schedule Issues permission. GreenHopper can be configured to use one of these two permissions.

Thank you. That was it. I suspected that. But when I looked deeper into what was happening I found it. The user didn't have Close permissions.
