Hi Experts,
I copied the URL to another user to view and edit my 'Timeline - Advanced Roadmaps' report. They can only see the Basic View without any grouping, but they are able to edit the Jira items directly in the report. However, when I use the Share button and copy the link, they can see the grouping but do not have edit rights. Can you advise how to share the report so that others can see the same grouping and also have edit permissions?
Hi Felix,
In Plans you should be able to see the Views menu. To persist the changes to the view you're seeing so that the other user sees the same things, you'll need to open it and hit "Save" to save the changes to the current view.
Here's some documentation on the subject if you'd like to read more about it.

Thanks, I tried Save view but no luck. However, when I use Save As a new view, it works!

Don't know why Save is not working, maybe there is a bug to 'save' my grouping in the same view when sharing to other.

Ah, I didn't realise you were using the Data Centre version - yes, you'll have to use the meatball menu next to the views dropdown to save changes to your view or save changes as. The relevant documentation is here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/modify-a-view-in-advanced-roadmaps-1044784239.html
Glad to hear that you've got it working now!

That's the point. In my Data Centre version, Save view is not actually save all settings (maybe a bug?), whereas Save As can properly save the settings.

Dear @Felix Leung
Did you check the advanced roadmap permissions for that user?
