Grouping of hours by user group

Hello people.

I am new and need to find a solution to the situation below.

I have 3 user groups: A GROUP GROUP B GROUP C Group A, the hour value works is 10 Group B, the hour value works is 20 Group C, the hour value works is 30

in a task,

4 users registered their hours worked,

two users belong to GROUP A,
one user to GROUP B and
one user to GROUP C.

By requiring that in my graph, list the value per user group and not per user individually.

Hey Paulo,

I recently deployed a new time tracking addon for JIRA that has been super helpful in tracking various 'roles' but could also be applied to your situation. We had a similar need for tracking based on groups for 'Project Manager' 'Developer' and 'Configuration Team'

The benefit of this addon as opposed to adding custom fields is that the values in these all roll over to original estimate and time spent, but you can also report on the individual fields.
