Our Scrum Board is removing our tickets and putting them back to the backlog. We have just started a new sprint and some had un-finished issues that would be carried over to the next sprint.
When looking on the charts it seems that BigPicture is moving the tickets back to the backlog.
I have tried to contact the support for both Atlassian and for BigPicture but they wont respond to me!

We're currently working on a fix. You can track progress right here (use incognito).
The cause of this issue has been successfully identified and now we're getting closer to the end. Soon, the hotfix will be released.

Thanks for the comment, a developer has worked hard on the issue, BigPicture with the fixed Board will be released mid-June, please update.
