We are enabling OAuth 2.0 in JIRA cloud so while implementing we are unable to generate the Access token. We need the help to connect to the authorization server, please help in enabling OAuth 2.0 in JIRA cloud

Welcome to the Community! OAuth is enabled already on all Jira Cloud instances. I can see you've got a ticket open in our support system and are working with another engineer on the specifics of what you're having trouble with trying to integrate ServiceNow.
