HTML value to Jira wiki rendering

Hi There, We are trying to integrate Jira cloud to our CRM for creating issues and projects directly from the CRM. We are facing an issue to render HTML values to Jira description. Is there a direct solution or a possible workaround? Your suggestions will help us to sort this integration problem.

Hi @Arjunan G 

The Description field in Jira only support 2 renderers: 

• Wiki style renderer (default)
• Default text renderer

There is no HTML renderer unfortunately.
