Half of my team are in China and can't seem to use the timesheet Gadget to log time - Any ideas?

In the UK we have adopted logging task time through the timesheet app/gadget but this does not seem to work with my China team which is a shame as this is a really nice and efficient way to log time.

Hello Nick, 

Is this a technical issue? If it is I suggest you reach to the vendor to discuss it. 

If it is a business issue.. have you asked them to log their time? :)
