Thank you reaching out with this inquiry about your Harvest/JIRA integration.  Can you clarify which tools you are using for this integration?  Are you using on of the Harvest plugins from our Marketplace, or are you using a third-party integration tool?  Furthermore, where are you wanting to automate the project selection?  Can you provide a set of steps that show what you are currently doing manually to make this work?
