Has anyone been able to successfully increase the attachment limit for Jira?

I asked my administrator to increase the attachment limit. They followed these instructions and came back saying they weren't able to find what the article describes. Has anyone out there experienced the same thing? Found a resolution?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The confusion may be in step due to a change in the UI. My system has the recently updated navigation UI. 

When I click on Settings I then find the page for changing Attachment size settings here:

I'm not finding the thumbnail and zip support options anywhere.

Adding to Trudy's comment, a tip for admins: Use the "." (dot) keyboard shortcut!

It opens up the 'Actions menu' where you can type "attachments" (or anything else) to jump right to those settings. Saves tons of clicks.
