My client has requested a crazy complex workflow with 10 in progress category statuses. They are defaulting to alphabetical order. I tried using the guidance Re-order workflow statuses on the issue view | Atlassian Support, but it doesn't appear to have an impact. I also tried numbering the step name ID, also doesn't help. The order of the status in the issue is by status category, then alpha. Deployed to Production is the specific example: Opsbar-sequence 13, and the 1st in progress status. Suggestions?? Thanks!
@Tricia Savage _External_ - Do the other statuses have values for the opsbar-sequence lower than the example you shared? And is this being done on each transition?
