Has anyone had trouble creating subtasks?

For weeks now, nobody on my team can create subtasks in our project. An error is generated

Hi Johnnyrelis, 

Which error message are you receiving? 

You can try checking if there are any required fields in the projects field configuration.
If required fields aren't present on the sub-task create screen, you won't be able to create the issue.
