Has there been a change from the 2018-2021 JIRA to 2024 version?

Taking a coursera course on Agile with JIRA and when I was following the instructions on the lab sheets the course gave me they don't match to the current build 10.0? Has there been changes to the version in the worksheet I have for the Lab and the one we have now?

Here's a screenshot of one change. Description bar is missing 2nd is release

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

As per my understanding there will be always a new release (new version) for every new feature added or any big fix done to the previous version and there will be also LTS versions released for Long Term Support versions.
